Legislation
The National Guard Association of New
Hampshire is the only state association that focuses on the issues
of the NH National Guard. We work hand-in-hand with the Adjutant
General of NH, local veteran organizations, and NH state and federal
legislators for the benefit of the NH National Guard and our
members.

We do that by:

Coordinating and working in
partnership on legislative efforts with the Adjutant General of NH

Working closely other veteran’s
associations. We are one of 16 organizations on the State Veterans
Advisory Committee (SVAC)

Testifying when appropriate on NH
legislative bills and issues

Coordinating our efforts with the
National Guard Association of the United States
-
Emailing to members Legislative Alerts
from NGAUS to generate action by our members for critical issues
-
Providing support for educational
efforts that keep the NH State and US legislators and their staff
current on NH National Guard programs / needs
